CAMPING AND GLAMPING OPTIONS

AS A MINIMUM ALL CAMPERS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO SHOWERS, WATER POINT AND TOILETS.

All campers will need to purchase a camping ticket each, even if you buy a Pitch’n’Park pass or hire a tent. The campsites are manned overnight and the site is covered by medical crews for the entirety of the event.

At Runstock we have camping options to meet all needs.

Please note: Camping passes must be purchased by all campers, even if you are buying a Pitch’n’Park package. Camping passes must be purchased in addition to any glamping package, and are available when buy your glamping package here, or in the ticketshop here.

CAMPING PASSES. 

All campers need one of these. If you do not wish to take any of the Pitch’n’Park, Campervan options or tent hire options then you simply buy one of these, turn up with your kit and your car will be directed to the separate parking area. Then set up your tent in a spot you like the look of. Please respect the fire lanes and marshal instructions. Individual Supporter and Racer Camping Passes will be posted out pre-event. There are no bins at the campsite, so litter should be taken home with campers and not left behind. There will be no vehicle access into the campsite on the Sunday morning – all vehicles must exit only.

PITCH’N’PARK 6X9M PLOTS WITHOUT ELECTRIC HOOK UP. 

This area is designed for those that like to have their car right next to their tent. A huge 6m x 9m marked out plot gives you the confidence that that you will get the space you want. Pitch’n’Park passes will be posted out pre-event. Please display these to the staff upon arrival to be directed to your pitch. 

Campervans and caravans are welcome at Runstock and should buy Pitch’n’Park. Please note your set up will need to fit inside the 6m x 9m dimensions of our Pitch’n’Park plots. If you need more space you will need to buy a second plot. All parking is on grass. This is a temporary site without the infrastructure available to accept any chemical toilet blue waste. 

Please note: There is only one car per pitch. If you wish to bring more than one car, you will need to purchase a pitch’n’park pass for each car or park your additional car in the car park, which will require a parking ticket.

Our bell tents offer room for up to 5 people with 4 inch thick foam mattresses and all bedding included.

Included in each bell tent package is:

  • Two nights stay (Friday and Saturday)
  • 5 metre diameter bell tent.
  • Park and Pitch ticket so you can park one car next to your tent.
  • Electric 1000W instant fan heater to keep you cosy.
  • Electric supply: To bring safe 230V power to your appliances. Keep your gadgets charged.
  • Lamp for internal lighting.
  • Mattresses: Highly insulating 10cm single mattress offering comfort, support and warmth.
  • Bedding: fitted sheet, duvet, sleeping bag, sleeping bag liner and pillow.
  • Access to the camp site’s showers.

The sleeping configuration is at your choice using our flexible single mattresses that you can position to your preference on arrival.

Each person requires a camping pass to access the campsite. Camping passes must be bought in addition to tent hire.

Upon purchase of a glamping package, we will contact you before the event with instructions on how you can access the campsite with your vehicle.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a noise curfew in the campsite between 11pm and 6am. Generators will be turned off at 11pm and turned back on at 6am.

Notes and terms:

Each camper will need to buy a camping pass which you can buy from the ticketshop here. Your vehicle pass will be posted out pre event. Upon arrival you will be checked into your bell tent by our camp site staff. They will ask you to complete a check-in form and pay a credit card damage deposit of £100. The £100 damage deposit will be returned after the checkout inspection. If not immediately next to our tent then, parking will be in a car parking area that is close to the Bell Tents – this is subject to the venue layout and the ground conditions. Please check the Essential Event Information document published in the weeks before the event for further event information. Bell tents have a no smoking, no vaping and no pets policy. A charge may be made to the bill payer if careless customer usage requires bell tents to be repaired or deep cleaned.

Pre-erected dome tents – Up to 3 people as tent-only. Or Luxury 1 and 2 person options available.

Our compact Dome tent option can take up to 3 people and is our most affordable option for small groups. While snug for 3, this tent offers a great amount of space for pairs or solos. It has enhanced stability and superior fabrics that are waterproof and fire retardant for a dry, safe and comfortable camping experience. These tents have been weather and fire tested to the European standard EN5912.

Hire as tent-only and add optional 3-pin electrical sockets and/or park-next-to-tent.

Pre-erected tunnel tents –Up to 8 people as tent-only. Or Luxury 4, 5 and person options available.

Suitable for larger groups who want up to 4 sleeping areas big enough for solos or pairs. It’s great value for groups up to 8 folk. This is a generous, up-to-8 man tent that utilises a vis-à-vis layout, meaning it has two bedrooms positioned at either end of the tent and a large central living area in the middle with plenty of space for kit and head clearance. The bedrooms can have the divider removed to create flexibility for different sleeping layouts. These tents have been weather and fire tested to the European standard EN5912.

Park Next To Tent

Upgrade to a pitch large enough to accommodate one car. Car pass will be sent out pre-event with instructions on how to gain access.

Electric sockets

You will gain access to our campsite generator electric supply via a three socket adapter within your tent that has a safety cut-off. This will supply power in line with that of standard 230V camping devices which can be used to run  appliances such as phones, laptops and camping (not domestic) kettles.
